Dr. Corrine Wang, ND
Dr. Wang is a licensed Naturopathic doctor. She obtained her doctorate of Naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University, a leading accredited institution internationally recognized as a pioneer in natural medicine.
Prior to pursuing her interests in medicine, Dr. Wang received her bachelor’s degree of science in electrical engineering and computer science at the University of California at Berkeley. She worked in the semiconductor industry in San Jose, California, and in Shanghai, China.
With a penchant for health, psychology, teaching and a desire to work with people more directly, Dr. Wang decided to pursue naturopathic medicine upon returning from China. Dr. Wang is committed to assisting others achieve balance and wellness in their lives and creates individualized treatments to support each person’s unique healing process.
Dr. Wang has special interests in women’s health and hormone balancing and has pursued additional training in bioidentical hormones through the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She has also had training in intravenous therapy through the International IV Nutritional Therapy for Professionals (IIVNTP).
Dr. Wang also enjoys volunteering and working with underserved populations locally and internationally. She received a venture grant at Bastyr with two classmates to travel to and study different systems of medicines in Peru, working mostly with low-income families. Since coming back to California, she has completed a medical brigade to Nicarauga, providing primary care services using natural treatments to a local community on the island of Ometepe. Dr. Wang has also volunteered at Stanford Hospital, providing reiki to patients on the cancer ward as well as to physicians, nurses and other staff at the Stanford Cancer Care Center.
Outside of practicing, Dr. Wang enjoys traveling, dancing, backpacking, rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, painting, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Wang is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) and California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA).
